Premium Boxes ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Tervo mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information Signing in is optional. If you choose to sign in with Apple, we may receive your name and email address, depending on your Apple Sign-In preferences. Audio Data Tervo uses your device's microphone to capture speech for real-time transcription and translation. Audio is sent to OpenAI for processing and is not stored by Tervo or on our servers. Translation Data We store the text that results from transcription and translation, including the source and target languages, timestamps, and session duration. Usage Data We track the number of characters you have translated and your subscription status to manage free and Pro tier limits. Payment Information Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through In-App Purchase. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment method or billing details. We only receive your subscription status from Apple.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Third-Party Services

OpenAI — Processes audio for transcription and text for translation. Audio is sent to OpenAI in real time and is not retained by Tervo. Apple — Handles all subscription payment processing. We receive only subscription status information. Supabase — Hosts our database and provides authentication. Stores account data, translation history, and usage records.

4. Data Security

We transmit data over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Our database uses row-level security so that each user can only access their own data.

5. Data Retention

• Account data is retained until you delete your account. • Translation history is retained until you delete it or delete your account. • Audio is never stored. It is processed in real time and discarded.

6. Your Rights

You can: • View your translation history within the App • Delete your translation history in Settings • Delete your account entirely in Settings • Stop using the App at any time

7. Children's Privacy

Tervo is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States, where our service providers are located.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
